In order to change the exhaust camshaft and lash adjusters, the timing chain, exhaust camshaft sprocket bolt and cam sprocket are to be removed. Removal of bearing cap bolts, removal of exhaust camshaft and checking the lash adjusters. Installation: Have the camshaft in place and bearer cap bolts in place and reconnect the timing chain.
