How to replace a water pump on 2002 Chevrolet Venture?

Start by lowering the cooling system fluid below the Water Pump then detach the Drive Belt cover. Detach the Water Pump Drive Belt by loosening its pulley bolts and bolts of the Water Pump Pulley and pulling off the Water Pump Pulley from the engine. Pull off the Water Pump bolts and Water Pump before removing the gasket and cleaning both surfaces. Insert the new Water Pump Gasket before putting in the Water Pump. Tighten its bolts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.) during assembly. Install the Water Pump Pulley lightly before placing the belt on top. Fasten the Water Pump Pulley bolts to 25 nm (18 inch lbs.). Add the Drive Belt guard back while filling the cooling system and looking for any fluid leak.
