How to replace the Blower Motor Resistor Assembly (YG6) on 2002 GMC Safari?

You must first detatch the air cleaner, windshield washer, and Coolant Reservoir to swap the Blower Motor Resistor assembly part yg6. Detach the electrical connectors then loosen the screws of the Blower Motor Resistor assembly before pulling it out. Exposed the new Blower Motor Resistor assembly by setting it in position and tightening its screws to 18 lb in using 2 n.m torque settings. Plug all electric connections back in place after setting the windshield washers and Coolant Reservoir into position. Finally, put the air filter back on.
