How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 2 Sensor 2 on 2003 Cadillac CTS?

To replace the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) bank 2 sensor 2, first lift and support the vehicle. Remove the heated Oxygen Sensor connector from the engine harness connector. Use the Oxygen Sensor wrench (J 39194) and disconnect the heated Oxygen Sensor. It is more convenient to displace the Oxygen Sensor if the engine heat is above 48°c (120°F). For installation, apply a special anti-seize compound to the threads and install the new heated Oxygen Sensor using the Oxygen Sensor wrench (J 39194). The new service sensors should contain this compound already applied; try using threads of a sensor again before just placing anti-seize compound gm p/n 5613695 or some other type on threads to prolong life. Tighten the heated Oxygen Sensor to 40 n.m (30 lb ft) and connect the heated Oxygen Sensor connector then to the engine wrapper connector prior to lowering the vehicle.
