Then, unplug the electrical connector of the crankshaft position sensor. Afterward, take out the crankshaft sensor retaining bolt and remove the crankshaft sensor. Before fitting the crankshaft sensor, apply clean engine oil to the O-ring and look for any signs of damage or wear; replace it if you find any. Secure the crankshaft sensor using the bolt, then tighten this bolt so that it reads between 10 N.m (89 lb in) on the torque wrench. After connecting the CKP sensor electrical connector again, put the oil filter adaptor and the air deflector back as they were.
