To replace the right-hand exhaust manifold, disconnect the heated oxygen sensor and lock the steering wheel and straighten the vehicle wheels. Lift the vehicle, disconnect the rear exhaust manifold pipe and disconnect the secondary AIR tube. Remove heat shield and disconnect various sensors and mounts Support the engine frame and take off the required bolts.
