  A: Firstly, drain the cooling system to overhaul the Intake Manifold. If the Intake Manifold is to be replaced, remove Throttle Body and fuel injectors. If the car is fitted with the rpo ls6 engine, bring the PCV Valve Hose to the valley cover and Intake Manifold; where provided with the rpo ls1 engine, install the pcv valve pipe to the right rocker arm cover and Intake Manifold with 12 nm (106 inch lbs.) on the pcv pipe strap nut, afterwards, install the pcv valve pipe to the left rocker arm cover. Install the pcv tube to the right rocker arm cover, tp sensor harness clip to the pcv tube, and knock sensor wire harness (between vacuum lines) to the fuel rail stop bracket. Mount the harness clips on the fuel rails, and connect the Intake Manifold branches on the wiring harness. Connect the power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose. Install evap canister purge solenoid valve onto the bracket, connect etc electrical connector, the evap canister purge solenoid valve electrical connector, and all Fuel Injector electrical connector. Finally, install Throttle Body heater outlet hose, coolant air bleed hose, and the evap canister purge tube, connecting to fuel feed pipe, evap canister purse solenoid valve, and the Intake Manifold. Install the fuel feed hose, left and right fuel rail covers, and if replaced the Intake Manifold, then install the Throttle Body and fuel injectors before adding fluids to the cooling system.
