  A: If you want to replace the Throttle Body assembly, first turn off the ignition and drain some amount of engine coolant to avoid leakage from the Throttle Body coolant bypass hoses. Pull the breather tube from the air intake tube, remove the air intake tube, and disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector, throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector, and accelerator controls cable. If necessary, disconnect the cruise control cable from throttle lever and accelerator bracket and remove the accelertor control cable bracket and unsnap the wire harness clip from the bracket. Remove the Throttle Body assembly by disconnecting the Throttle Body coolant bypass hoses and the heater pipe nut at the Throttle Body, and re:bi removing the nuts & bolts to the Throttle Body to the Intake Manifold. When installing, make sure to clean the gasket surfaces on the Intake Manifold and Throttle Body assembly, never use solvent that may harm the surfaces. The nuts and bolts securing the Throttle Body assembly need to be tightened to 28 n.m (21 lb ft). If required, replace the gasket and mount the Throttle Body assembly.
