How to Service and Repair the Washer Pump on 2003 Chevrolet SSR?

Begin the windshield washer pump replacement by opening the hood and taking out the PCM. First drain washer solvent from its container. Afterwards unplug the washer pump electricity supply and release the washer hose connection from the pump unit. The washer pump connects to the washer solvent container using a flat-bladed tool. Set the new washer pump into its position in the washer solvent container while forcing it down until it locks securely. Mount the washer hose and plug the washer pump electrical components while adding washer solvent into the washer solvent reservoir. Reinsert the PCM unit and close the hood at the end of the process.
