  A: Start the Brake Master Cylinder repair by taking out the reservoir head from above and disconnecting the master cylinder from its booster unit. Remove the Piston stopper snap ring first together with its main component. Afterward unmount the cylinder cup and the plate. Slowly pull the primary Piston assembly from the master cylinder to keep the cylinder wall safe. Hit the flange of the secondary Piston assembly against soft material twice to remove it. Check the secondary Piston pressure cup devices for signs of damage before replacing them with fresh parts. Check all brake fluid-cleaned parts before you inspect the master cylinder wall to replace it if scoring or corrosion has damaged it. Soak the Piston cylinder in fresh brake fluid then tilt it to remove remaining fluid. Put the o-ring onto the master cylinder first and layer the new Piston cup then secondary Piston assembly with its pressure cup underneath. Add the primary Piston parts in this sequence and push the Piston stopper snap ring into the master cylinder . Install and lock the brake booster to the master cylinder while applying thin brake fluid on new grommets before fitting them into the master cylinder and adding back the reservoir.
