How to disconnect and connect the negative battery cable on 2003 Chevrolet Venture?

To unplug and plug the battery negative cable, first make sure all lamps and accessories are switched off and ignition is in off position. Disconnect the battery ground (negative) and bolt. When installing, connect the battery ground (negative) cable and bolt to the battery, make sure to clean off any existing corrosion from the bolt flange of the battery terminal bolt and the unsuccessful failed Battery Cable end. Lastly, do up the battery terminal bolt to 16 n.m (12 lb ft).
