How to replace the door lock cylinder on 2004 Buick LeSabre?

To install the door lock cylinder, first up the window and later open up the door trim panel. Lift back the water deflector in order to reach the outside door handle. Unscrew the handle and E-clip to unscrew the lock rod and arm. Install the new lock cylinder, reassemble the handle and change the trim.
