The first step includes taking out the Sway Bar Link nut which holds the Sway Bar Link to both the sway bar and strut before disconnecting the Sway Bar Link from these components. The Sway Bar Link should be extracted from the vehicle. When installing the Sway Bar Link, place it onto the car body before fastening it to the sway bar. Fasten the Sway Bar Link nut onto the link and sway bar while torquing it to a tightness of 52 nm (38 ft. Lbs.). Connect the Sway Bar Link to the strut then install the Sway Bar Link nut between the sway bar and link while tightening it to 52 nm (38 ft. Lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
