Buick Regal Sway Bar Link Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to service the Sway Bar Link on Buick Regal?
A: Service of the sway bar link requires two steps. First, secure the vehicle through proper elevation then secure it. The first step requires removal of the tire together with its wheel assembly. The vehicle operator must first support the vehicle correctly then proceed with removing the sway bar link bolt and nut before pulling out the sway bar link from the vehicle. Place the sway bar link within the vehicle following all guidance in the Fastener Notice. Fasten the sway bar link bolt along with the nut while torquing the nut to a 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.) setting. Lower the vehicle while putting back on the tire and wheel assembly.
