How to replace the evaporator core on 2004 Cadillac DeVille?

The replacement of the Evaporator core starts by taking out the hvac module assembly. Initialize the procedure by removing the Heater Core and Evaporator tube seal then unfasten all case mounting bolts. The next procedure is to take off the upper Evaporator case and the Evaporator core while also removing the Evaporator case seals. When fitting the new Evaporator always include refrigerant oil into the system. First install the Evaporator before adding new Evaporator case seals and resetting the upper Evaporator case by using the upper case bolts. Installation of the hvac module assembly requires you to reinsert the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes seal before completing the installation.
