How to replace the evaporator core on 2005 Cadillac DeVille?

The replacement process for the Evaporator core starts by eliminating the hvac module assembly. Start by removing the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes seal before you can remove all the case bolts that let you take out the upper Evaporator case. Subsequently remove the Evaporator core while also removing Evaporator case seals. When installing the Evaporator you must first apply refrigerant oil in case you have replaced the Evaporator. Install new Evaporator case seals first and then attach the upper Evaporator case along with its bolts. Complete the hvac module reassembly when you have installed the seal that covers both the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes.
