How to replace the rear seat belt on 2004 Chevrolet Blazer?

The process starts by removing both the rear seat assembly followed by taking off the lower seat belt anchor plate which is attached to the rear seat bolt. Dismantle first the upper seat belt anchor bolt cover and following that the bolt which stabilizes the upper seat belt anchor plate. Proceed by removing the body side trim panel before guiding the seat belt through the open space. Start by detaching the bolt that maintains the seat belt retractor assembly before removing the retractor assembly from the vehicle. Begin seat belt retractor assembly installation by mounting it inside the vehicle then fasten it with the bolt which should remain at 70 N.m (52 lb ft). Insert the car seat belt from the outside through the opening in the body side trim panel before replacing the body side trim panel. The upper seat belt anchor plate should be installed to the vehicle and secured to the vehicle with a 70 N.m (52 lb ft) bolt tension. Begin the installation process by placing up the upper seat belt anchor bolt cover and after that install the lower seat belt anchor plate to the rear seat bolt before placing back the rear seat assembly.
