How to replace the Sway Bar Link on 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier?

A hoist should be used to lift a vehicle before replacing the Sway Bar Link. Start by eliminating the Sway Bar Link nut from the Sway Bar Link bolt followed by the removal of the Sway Bar Link bolt in conjunction with the insulator and spacer components. Installation requires the spacer to be placed first and then the insulator followed by installation of the sway bar. The Sway Bar Link nut requires attachment to the Sway Bar Link bolt. Secure the Sway Bar Link nut so that it reaches the final stage of bolt threads while maintaining a torque force at 17 n.m (13 lb ft). Finally, lower the vehicle.
