How to replace the brake master cylinder on 2005 Cadillac DeVille?

First disconnect power from the Brake Fluid Level Sensor then take off brake pipes from the master cylinder. Do not forget to seal the ends of brake pipes with rubber caps to avoid fluid leaks. Close broken ends of the brake pipes then unscrew and take out the master cylinder which uses two mounting nuts. Unplug the reservoir from the Brake Master Cylinder if it is meant to be reused. Mount the Brake Master Cylinder reservoir onto the master cylinder when installing it if you removed it earlier and perform master cylinder bed bleeding. Join the vacuum Brake Booster with the master cylinder while tightening its mounting nuts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs). Put plugs back into brake pipes then connect pipes to master cylinder while tightening pipe connections at the master cylinder to 32 nm (24 ft. Lbs.). Connect the Brake Fluid Level Sensor electrical wire and complete the hydraulic brake bleeding process.
