Service the valve guide seal and replace left valve spring using a flywheel holding tool, valve spring compressor, seal remover/installer, port adapter. Remove starter and fit tool, remove camshafts, rocker arms; use adapter with air, compress, remove keepers, springs and seal, install new seal and springs, reassemble and reinstall starter.
