    A: The replacement of the Drive Belt needs to begin by removing the fuel injector sight shield before removing the air cleaner outlet duct. A crankshaft driven cooling fan requires bracket removal prior to starting the work. First use a clockwise motion on the Drive Belt tensioner to free up the tension then easily remove the Drive Belt past the Water Pump Pulley by accessing it next to the lower reservoir mounting nut at the tensioner pulley side. The tensioner should automatically reach rest position while the Drive Belt is pulled off the other pulleys. The new Drive Belt requires installation by passing through the accessory drive pulleys while omitting both the tensioner and the Water Pump Pulley . The procedure starts with rotating the Drive Belt tensioner clockwise and placing the Drive Belt behind the tensioner before routing it around both tensioner pulleys while accessing the pulley from its position near the lower reservoir mounting nut. Then move the belt underneath the Water Pump Pulley. Check that the Drive Belt sits correctly in all accessory drive pulleys' grooves before letting go of the tensioner to inspect the belt position. Once finished work on the necessary components you should reinstall the Cooling Fan Bracket and next put back the air cleaner outlet duct before finally installing the fuel injector sight shield.
