Replacing the Heater Core begins by taking away the hvac module from its position. The first step requires removing the heater hose bracket screw followed by removing the heater hose bracket itself. Pull the Heater Core section out from the hvac module. You can install the new Heater Core by inserting it into the hvac module followed by setting the heater hose bracket in position then tightening the heater hose bracket screw to 1 n.m (9 lb in) using the guidance in the fastener notice from service precautions. Finally, reinstall the hvac module.
