How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2005 Cadillac XLR?

First disconnect the MAP Sensor electrical connector through an ignition off procedure to replace the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor. Check the MAP Sensor grommet for damage before replacing it while performing the inspection. Remove the MAP Sensor from its Intake Manifold position. After installing the MAP Sensor into the Intake Manifold maintain a tight bolt connection at 12 n.m per fastener notice in service precautions. Proceed to connect the MAP Sensor electrical connector.
