  A: In order to replace the Brake Disc, the vehicle must first be raised and suspended, after that, the tire and wheel assembly should be removed. Compress the piston into the bore of the caliper with a c-clamp until just enough to move the caliper away from the disc while keeping force on it and pull it out. Support the brake caliper with heavy mechanic's wire or equivalent so as not to damage the hydraulic flexible brake hose. Then, unbolt the caliper bracket bolts while retaining the brake flexible hose bolt, and slide the brake caliper complete along with the caliper mounting bracket off the suspension knuckle but ensure the hydraulic brake flexible hose is not under tension. Line up the Brake Disc to the wheel studs and pull out the Brake Disc.
