How to replace the rear Alternator Bracket on 2005 Chevrolet Impala?

Replace the generator brace by first removing both the generator rear brace nut and the generator rear brace bolt before extracting the generator rear brace. After installing the generator rear brace you need to position it correctly followed by generator rear brace bolt and generator rear brace nut . The generator rear brace bolt requires a torque of 50 N.m (37 lb ft) followed by application of the same force to the generator rear brace nut . The Fastener Notice in Service Precautions should be followed diligently.
