How to replace the fan clutch on 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

Replace the Fan Clutch by starting with removing the cooling fan and shroud followed by detaching the push-pin and disconnecting the Fan Clutch electrical connector at the shroud. Before installation, remove the Fan Clutch from the fan shroud then separate the Fan Blade from the Fan Clutch by pulling out all bolt retaining the Fan Blade to the Fan Clutch. Install the Fan Blade to the Fan Clutch by securing the 4 bolts that must reach 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). The Fan Clutch goes onto the fan shroud followed by attaching the push-pin to the Fan Clutch electrical connector before replacing the cooling fan and shroud.
