After removing all Thermostat Housing bolts you should separate the Thermostat Housing from the engine block. Thoroughly clean both the Thermostat Housing as well as the sealing engine block surface. Affix the Thermostat Housing onto the engine block before tightening the Thermostat Housing bolts according to the fastener notice in service precautions to 10 nm (89 inch lbs). Apply engine coolant inside the Radiator Hose before putting on the Thermostat Housing outlet hose with the clamp to secure it. After engine startup check all installed surfaces for leakage while conducting a cooling system fill with manufacturer specified coolant at the designated concentration.
