How to Replace a Blower Motor Resistor in the Auxiliary HVAC System on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander?

You need to remove the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim before starting to replace the auxiliary blower motor resistor. Unplug the auxiliary blower motor resistor electric cord after you take out the retaining screws from it. Remove the auxiliary blower motor resistor from where it is connected to the auxiliary HVAC module. Insert the new auxiliary blower motor resistor at the assembly location and fasten it with screws while tightening them to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Connect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector and put the accessory panel back into the left rear quarter trim panel.
