    A: To start replacement of the auxiliary blower motor resistor you first need to take off the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim part. Disconnect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connection to remove the screws that secure the resistor. Separate the auxiliary blower motor resistor from its housing in the auxiliary HVAC module. Insert the new auxiliary blower motor resistor into the assistant heating and ventilation unit and install it per section 606. Screw the resistor in place and tighten its screws to 1.6 N.m while connecting the electrical plug. Put back the accessory panel to its proper position on the left rear quarter trim.
