How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2008 Chevrolet Uplander?

You must uninstall the Blower Motor before starting the Blower Motor Resistor assembly replacement process. Substitute the electrical connector at the Blower Motor Resistor while loosening the slotted screws on the motor resistor's back side. Drop the forward Blower Motor Resistor screw and take out the Blower Motor Resistor part. Place the new Blower Motor Resistor into the designated position and lightly tighten the forward side screw. Push back the rearward Blower Motor Resistor screws until they require 1.2 newton meters of torque before connecting the electrical connector to the resistant unit. Finally, reinstall the Blower Motor.
