Reinstall the blower motor into the HVAC module assembly before securing it with the blower motor mounting screws. Remember to also tighten all screws to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in). Afterward, connect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor assembly. The last step involves connecting the blower motor electrical connector and replacing the right side instrument panel insulator.

Put the Blower Motor Resistor assembly inside the hvac module assembly and fasten it with the rearward blower resistor assembly screw before tightening all screws to 1.8 n.m (16 lb in). Use the electrical connector to join with the Blower Motor Resistor assembly and fix the Blower Motor into its place within the hvac module assembly by tightening its mounting screws to 1.8 n.m (16 lb in). Connect the Blower Motor electrical connector before replacing the right side instrument panel insulator.

Screw the resistor in place and tighten its screws to 1.6 N.m while connecting the electrical plug. Put back the accessory panel to its proper position on the left rear quarter trim.
