How to replace the rear side door window regulator motor on 2006 Cadillac CTS?

The replacement process of rear side door Window Regulator motor starts by removing door trim panel together with water deflector. The power Window Motor drive experiences a binding effect when the window reaches full open or closed position so open it partially if possible. After removing the Window Regulator the next step is to detach the power Window Motor from the Window Regulator through its screws. Within the power Window Motor there are screw holes which can be disconnected by rotating the motor clockwise. To install the power Window Motor you must position it on the Window Regulator by turning it counterclockwise to match the screw holes before attaching it with regulator screws fastened to 4 n.m (35 lb in). The installation process should end with reinstallation of the Window Regulator followed by the water deflector and the door trim panel.
