  A: Start by removing the Starter motor before fixing the valve stem oil seal and valve spring on the right side. Before installing hardware use the en 46106 flywheel holding tool to keep the Crankshaft stationary since failing to do so could force removal and rebuild of all Camshaft timing mechanisms. First step is to take out the camshafts plus rocker arms then extract the Spark Plug from the targeted cylinder. Situate the j39313 adapter on the cylinder and join it to an air compressor to do this task. Install the en 46110 device above the cylinder and expand the valve spring using its nut. Take off valve keepers by hand and loosen the valve spring compressor nut then extract valve spring retainer and valves springs. Utilize the valve stem seal removal and installer tool en 46116 to replace the valve stem seals. Follow en 46116 installation procedures to insert valve stem seals then fit valve spring and valve spring retainer. Place the en 46110 tool above the valve spring then turn its compressor nut tightly before you position the valve spring keepers. Take out the en 46110 and detach the j39313 from air supply before removing the j39313. After fitting new spark plugs and rocking arms you should put back camshafts then take out en 46106 and install the Starter motor again.
