  A: Service and repair operations for the left side valve stem oil seal along with valve spring begin with left Camshaft and Starter removal then moving forward to install en 46326. Clean the recess area where the Spark Plug enters before extracting the Spark Plug from the working cylinder to stop contamination. Place the j 44211 base plate into the Spark Plug hole followed by a j 39313 strike plate into the opening while maintaining a continuous airflow to maintain valve closure. The j 44211 arm with swivel nut goes over the correct valve stud until it reaches the valve locks which need to be accessed with a magnet before the removal step. Swing the arm away from the valve spring retainer and valve spring by loosening the swivel nut. Replacement of the valve stem seal requires absolute necessity before valve stem removal. The j 38820 functions as a tool to secure and rotate away the previous hose seal for removal. Use engine oil to lubricate both the valve stem and new seal's inner diameter before installing it into position by turning the j 38820. Use a magnet and grease to position the valve locks and install them through the j 44211's swivel nut just enough to access the lock points.
