  A: To replace the inflatable restraint Steering Wheel module coil, disconnect the negative Battery Cable, make sure that after the battery is off, turning the ignition off and removing the Fuse, at least one minute needs to pass in order to not trigger an air bag accidentally. Next, you extract the Steering Wheel and the screws from the upper and lower steering column covers and take them off. Proceed to remove the driver side knee bolster or steering column lower cover, remove the driver's air bag, horn, and connectors from the lower steering column. Do away with the screws and pull out the air bag clock spring from the Steering Shaft. For the installation process, fit the new air bag clock spring on the Steering Shaft and fix it using new screws nut and tighten them to 3 n.m (27 lb in). Disconnect the passenger air bag, horn, and connectors from the lower steering column and reinstall the passenger side knee bolster or instrument panel lower cover and upper and lower steering column covers and screws. Finally, reinstall the Steering Wheel, and loosen the negative Battery Cable.
