How to replace the LH Blend Door Actuator on 2006 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to replace the left air temperature actuator, remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster assembly and disconnect the electrical connector from the left air temperature actuator. Next, unscrew the mounting screws of the actuator and remove the actuator. For installation, place the left air temperature actuator mounting screws pair into its slot by feeding assembly up until it bottoms out and lock it; then install actuator mounting screws by tightening to 1.6 n.m (14 lb in) per fastener notice in service precautions. Once that is done, reconnect the actuator electrical connector, install the i/p cluster assembly and recalibrate the actuators.
