How to service and repair the valve guide seal, replace the valve stem oil seal, and valve spring on 2006 Chevrolet HHR?

In order to service and repair the valve stem oil seal and change valve spring, remove the camshaft and roller followers. Secure the spring using Valve Spring Compressor and remove the keepers and spring. Install the new seal with the help of the Valve Stem Oil Seal Remover, and put the parts back.
