Put rubber cap or plug on exposed brake pipe fitting ends to protect the fluid and preclude contamination. Next, remove the unit master cylinder mounting nuts and pull out the master cylinder from the vehicle and drain all the bricks and fluid from the reservoir. Bench bleed master cylinder before mounting onto Brake Booster ensuring that the master cylinder mounting nuts to be installed and tighten to 29 nm (21ft. Lbs.). After that, you remove the plugs from the brake pipes and attach it to the master cylinder, the fittings are to be tightened to 32 nm (24 ft. Lbs.). Finally, reconnect the electrical connector on the Brake Fluid Level Sensor and bleed hydraulic brake system.
