How to replace the lower control arm on a rear-wheel drive on 2006 GMC Savana 2500?

To change the lower control arm of a rear-wheel drive, it is important to raise and support the vehicle after which the tire and the front coil spring should be removed. Unscrew the lower ball joint of the steering knuckle, screw in the new lower control arm and reconnect the ball joint. Install coil spring and tire again and check the wheel alignment.
