In order to change the hood latch, lift and hold up the hood and note the location. Take out the bolts and unscrew the hood release cable. Installation requires the connecting of the cable, fixing the latch and mounting the bolts loosely. align the latch so that it can engage properly then screw up the bolts and close the hood.
