Before changing the grille emblem begin by pulling off the radiator grille. The process begins by unmounting the emblem retaining nuts which secure the emblem to the radiator grille before freeing the emblem off the radiator grille . You should put the emblem in position on the radiator grille and read both 'Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.' Connect and tighten the retaining nuts on the emblem until they reach 2 N.m (18 lb in) torque. Finally, reinstall the radiator grille.
