Start by disconnecting the electrical connector then unfastening actuator bolts/screws until you can remove the actuator. You should detach actuator levers (3, 4) in case of need. When installing the actuator lever first ensure that the lever fits correctly into the door opening then install any needed levers while verifying accurate engagement between the actuator levers (1, 2). The actuator lever installation requires alignment of its primary tooth with the actuator lever gap. Secure the right side air temperature actuator with bolts/screws installed to 1.2 N.m (11 lb in). Connect the electrical connector by checking that the clip extends completely into the case holder. To complete installation you must reinstall the I/P compartment while performing actuator re-calibration.
