2007 Buick Terraza Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the Auxiliary Blower Motor without RPO Code E59 on 2007 Buick Terraza?
A: The first step to swap the Auxiliary Blower Motor is removing the inflator air valve opening cover and its screws from the hinged cover and then taking off the rear trim panel cover. After pulling the trim panel by releasing its tabs you should proceed to disconnect the auxiliary blower motor electrical connector and related auxiliary blower motor resistor and auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connectors. You should remove the screws that secure the auxiliary blower motor to its mounting position then pull out this motor from the blower motor housing. Put the auxiliary blower motor inside the blower motor housing while adhering to the Fastener Notice before you secure the mounting screws which need a torque of 1.6 N.m (14 lb in). Reattach the auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector as well as the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector and auxiliary blower motor electrical connector. Insert the trim panel while pressing on its tabs before attaching the cover and securing the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in). Install the inflator air valve opening cover as the last step.
