How to replace the Door Lock Cylinder (without UA2) on 2007 Cadillac CTS?

In order to replace the Door Lock Cylinder, first, window up and remove the door trim panel. Access the outside door handle, remove it and then remove the E-clip on the lock cylinder. Relax the lock cylinder and remove it. If installing a new one, make sure to code it properly and before reassembling it.
