The installation process starts by taking out the park brake cable guide nut from the mounting stud followed by the park brake cable guide bolt from the floor pan as well as the park cable guides. Disconnect the intermediate cable from the rear equalizer and the right rear park brake cable connector and then disconnect the intermediate cable housing from the rear cable housing retaining bracket after pressing its locking retainer.
