How to replace the wiper motor (RHD) on 2007 Cadillac CTS?

Before replacing the wiper motor you need to remove the wiper transmission first. You need to decompose the drive links from the wiper motor crank arm to the wiper motor by using the Wiper Linkage Separator tool (J 39232). Detach the wiper motor by taking out its three screws then removing the wiper motor from its module position. Secure the new wiper motor to the wiper motor module with screws before fastening them at 10 N.m (89 lb in). Put the transmission drive links into place using the Wiper Linkage Installer (J 39529) on the wiper motor crank arm. Put back the wiper transmission components then test the wiper system to verify it works correctly.
