The cross vehicle brace needs removal only if it exists so check the brake pipes remain connected to the master cylinder. Move the master cylinder away from the vacuum Brake Booster before placing it to the side. To reach the vacuum Brake Booster locking tab you must first remove the air inlet grille panel while setting the surge tank inlet hose safely aside. Secure the coolant surge tank inlet hose after you detach its bolts and set the coolant surge tank away from the area to avoid coolant leakage.
