How to replace Knock Sensor 2 on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

First thing that is needed in order to take out Knock Sensor 2 is to remove the Intake Manifold. Pull off the electrical connector from the Knock Sensor (KS) and remove the bolt in the middle of ks. Next, clean the mating surfaces of the ks and the engine block so that the whole contact surface of the ks must be in direct contact with the engine block. The use of washers, spring washers, and toothed washers should not be done while installing. Toe the bolt to the appropriate torque of 20 n.m (15 lb ft). Mount the ks and the bolt to the engine block using the retaining clips in place with the proper wiring harness. Finally, attach the electrical connector to the ks and replace the Intake Manifold.
