How to replace the Front Ride Height Sensor and Bracket on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

You need to lift the vehicle before supporting it and take off the wheel along with the tire to change the Ride Height Sensor and Bracket at the front. The installation requires detachment of the ride height sensor link from the upper control arm ball stud and the ride height sensor harness connector. You must first loosen the ride height sensor retaining nut while you use slight taps on the ride height sensor retaining stud to disconnect it from the fender section. The ride height sensor must be taken off the vehicle. To mount the sensor the user must position it on the vehicle then attach the ride height sensor retaining nut before tightening it to 9 N.m (80 lb in). Install the ride height sensor link by uniting it to the upper control arm ball stud as well as the ride height sensor harness connector. After the vehicle reaches the floor reinstall the wheel and tire.
