How to replace the right side rear Seat Cushion Pad on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

The process to change the right side rear seat cushion requires removing the seat from its vehicle position. The user must detach seat bottom panel screws from the seat base before they remove the two springs which reside in the seat base. You can detach the seat cushion mounting nuts from the front and rear of the seat next before taking out the seat cushion. Reposition the seat cushion inside the seating area before tightening rear seat cushion nuts until they achieve 24 N.m (18 lb ft). Secure the seat frame with seat cushion nuts by following their tightening to 24 N.m (18 lb ft). Two springs need to be reattached to the seat cushion before you install bottom panel screws to the seat where torque must be set at 2 N.m (18 lb in). The final step needs you to reposition the seat back into its vehicle placement.
